Early signs were indicating that it was going to be a bad one and that it happened some time Friday.
Ever since the first signs of glutening showed up on Saturday, I’ve eaten nothing but soup. 600-1400 calories a day of soup, with some Nutritional Yeast added for all the B vitamins. While the digestive symptoms are still there, they feel much less pronounced – I assume/hope because soup is just super easy to process and the massive dose of B vitamins from the Nooch (nutritional yeast) are helping.
Not medical advice, just my experience.
